Donate to Haiti! Avoid Red Cross!0

If you don’t know by now… Tragedy struck Haiti when a 7.0 magnitude earthquake leveled the country’s capital Port Au Prince. They say that at least one third of Haiti’s 9 million residents are affected and over 100,000 people may be dead (some outlets reports up to 500,000).  I ask everyone to donate to disaster relief efforts. I’m not a big fan of the Red Cross.  I prefer to donate to support efforts that will help Haitians directly… I hang out on a site where someone posted this, therefore I ask people to donate to better organizations: [..]
